Services
Apartment Rentals is the dba ("doing business as") name for Washington Apartment Rentals, LLC and Idaho Apartment Rentals, LLC. We have our own management team, and have been doing business in the Pullman/Moscow area for more than four decades. We manage our own apartments exclusively. We have a Pullman office and a Moscow office.
Availability as of 9/27/21. To grab one of the units below, or to place your name on our WAITLIST or for LAST MINUTE changes, call 509 332 8622, or email rentals@apartmentrentalsinc.com. There's an additional charge from $10-$20 for such items as laminate floor units, corner units, double occupancy and dishwasher.
IN PERSON: Drop in, fill out an application and pay $20 for the application fee by check or money order. Cash is not accepted. A photo ID such as a driver's license or a passport, will be needed. You may download an application form here. The application fee covers the cost of tenant screening, which is done by Transunion, an unrelated company.
Locate the "Search for your Property" box on the right hand side of the screen. In the search box enter the management company address (for Pullman: 1325 NE Valley Rd; for Moscow: 1122 East 3rd St.). If your property does not appear when searching, you may select the management company address (for Pullman: 1325 NE Valley Rd; for Moscow: 1122 East 3rd St.) as your primary address.
Only the pet(s) listed and described below is/are authorized under this pet agreement. Lessor must approve additional pets. Most cats and dogs are allowed. Pets not allowed, include but are not limited to ferrets, primates, hawking birds, and prairie dogs (rodents). Dogs not allowed include but are not limited to Pit Bulls, Chows, Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, and Rhodesian Ridgebacks.

Well maintained apartments, affordable rates, highly reccomend. I lived here for a year and had nothing but positive support from management, even with some enexpected issues i had moving out on time, they were courteous and very professional in their response. 5 stars all day.

You will never meet the owner of the property and company, only staff. Whenever I called any independent maintenance on my own dime they'd talk about how the owner never updates properties. Wiring, internet cables, doors, windows, etc. is all allowed to deteriorate until it HAS to be repaired. When it does need a repair, a lot of the times it's a quick patch or fix to cover the problem temporarily, and then it fails again pretty quickly.

BEFORE YOU RENT WITH THIS COMPANY BE SURE TO GET A COPY OF THE SAFETY INSPECTION FROM THE CITY.
The home I rented with them was falsely advertised as a four bedroom when it did not meet the basic safety standards for 2 of the rooms advertised. I only found out about this because of a massive crack in the wall that leaked water into the home that they had to keep "fixing", by getting the latest safety inspection report that was 20 years old. I had a new inspection done to be told that the home was so under code, that the home was declared UN-RENTABLE by the city inspector. This was about a year

I lived in Valley View Apartment (Apt 39) for three years and I highly recommend Apartment Rentals to anyone seeking a comfortable and peaceful place to live. As an international student, I was very anxious about renting an apartment in US since I wasn't familiar with the rules and regulations. However, the incredible support of the Apartment Rentals staff made Pullman a home for me. They were always very welcoming, warm, and friendly and eager to help. I didn't have to worry about anything. I had a very pleasant stay at Valley View and I am really grateful to all the staff members for making this

I had a wonderful one year living at these apartments! Due to the events of the pandemic 2020, I was unable to move out in-person, but the front office was more than helpful during the trying times. I would highly recommend this establishment because they have a very human and personal approach to renting.

DO NOT TRUST THAT THEIR HOUSING IS UP TO CODE
Avoid renting from this company at all costs. The nightmare began with unruly neighbors that the management refused to deal with. This included frequent parties (which they bragged had over 60 people in attendance), garbage all over the place (including still-lit cigarettes by the entryway and broken glass in the parking lot), unauthorized tenants, and friends who would bring over animals and refuse to pick up after them. Constant complaints to the office led to no action even after the tenants were issued THREE DIFFERENT CITATIONS by the police, including

I have lived here for a year, just moved a while ago coz of transferring to another university. I think overall the management people are pretty nice, rent is relatively cheap in the area (i think we have the cheapest rent lol), they also allow pets with additional pet fee (non-refundable). Altho the building outside looks pretty crappy and old and dull, but the interior is pretty nice, has very open layout and they are pretty spacious and clean. I lived in the back building, so i also got a pretty good view too! =)
