I had the privilege of working of counsel with Simonian & Murray for a few years while living in Massachusetts, in connection with real estate title and closing work. Michael and his team understand the title and closing process thoroughly, and they take the time to get things right. Doing closings for them was a straightforward process. Highly recommend selecting them for buyers and sellers in MA.
