I work at a university and also am involved in the community, and in a city like LA good transportation is crucial when planning. Intermex Transportation is my go-to transportation provider because they are reasonably priced, reliable, and have the best customer service.
Frankie Casillas really understands customer service and goes over and beyond. Not to mention, supporting they are a minority-owned business and will probably win awards for their outstanding business practices. One of their drivers, Elizabeth has a great personality and is reliable. She drove us safely through the busy streets

The drivers were polite and friendly, knew where they were supposed to go. It is best to build in extra time to get where you are going in California because traffic can be heavy, which was our experience. We did build in extra time, so the driver was able to get us to the church on time for the wedding!

This is my second time using Intermex Transportation. Both times the bus arrived on time and ready to go. The drivers were very pleasant and safe drivers. On the second occasion I needed to change our destination at the last minute and Intermex was very willing to change the route with just 24 hours notice. The buses were clean and comfortable. We used the 56-passenger bus and the price was very reasonable. Thanks Intermex!

Our non-profit student and sports group uses buses frequently, and Edgar and Frankie at Intermex really impressed us! The customer service was phenomenal, they were quick to help with questions, and the reservation process was easy.
We were sent bus driver info ahead of both legs of the trip, and the buses arrived on time, clean, and with courteous and friendly drivers.
We can't wait to continue working with Intermex and are thrilled with the service they provided us!

Intermex was fantastic and reliable! I rented a charter bus for our corporate event of 22 people and the bus seated 50, it was perfect so that everyone could sit socially distant if they wanted to. The bus was super clean, which was my biggest request and the bus driver was very kind, on time and reliable. He kept in constant communication with me and everything went as planned. I highly recommend Intermex Transportation!

Our experience with Intermex was outstanding. We wanted to get out of the city and decided to rent a bus to go to Joshua Tree. The bus looked brand new and the driver arrived on time. Our driver Ricardo went above and beyond. He played great movies for the kids and allowed us to control the music all the time. Great service!

Absolutely had the best experience using Intermex. Frankie helped me book the bus ahead of time and sent confirmation via email. I got the drivers contact information two days before our trip and I was able to communicate with him all the time. The bus was in top shape and had great AC, WIFI and TVs. Overall, we loved our bus from Intermex.

I am very happy with my experience using Intermex transportation for New Years. I have a group of athletes and every year we use a bus to get us to Malibu where we do a short hike and then our annual race. The bus was top notch: power outlets, bathroom and tv’s. Our driver Carlos was the best, he was funny and caring. He showed us that we were the most important when it came to safety. I would hire them again next year.
