LIFE SAVER! I work in the wedding industry and when my sign broke I was fortunate to call Neon Art Signs because he had exactly what I was looking for! Wow, awesome service! I needed a new sign for a store I was opening and they took care of everything for me. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but I gave them a few ideas and they came up with a design that I loved! They were incredibly knowledgeable with all the different types of sign options that they had and their response times were super fast. This place is incredible!! So professional, timely and easy to work with.. great prices and AMAZING WORK!! We could not love our sign more. Niki was an absolute gem to work with via email to get the sign designed and Mike walked me through everything I needed to know to ensure that I felt great about the piece and the install before I left. I needed a sign for my new coffee and coworking space. After going thru company after company I finally ran across Neon Art Signs. I called them and Mike Shin schedule an appt. to come out I was shocked because no other company even came out they out look at my building on google maps. He also had the best price. Mike was super good and man they did an unbelievable job with my signs. This is one of the best experiences I have had with an outside vendor. Check them out..

Extremely satisfied with Neon art company. The guys are very professional showed up early for our meeting to take all the measurements. Quickly responded to all our email and massages to make us feel comfortable. Everything was done within 2 weeks for the day we met. Would definitely work with them again in the future.

If you're needing a neon sign, this is THE place! I'm SO happy I found them because everywhere else I've looked I was given an outrageous quote. I love that they are located right here in Chicago so I can pick the sign up myself and not have to worry if it will be damaged during shipping. Mike and his dad are super friendly and all around great guys, and made sure to make the sign exactly how I wanted. This company is amazing and reliable. I came to them after a bad Etsy experience, and had only a 2 week timeline. They said no problem and walked me through what I needed to do to get it done. I got a custom 3 foot sign for my band and WOW. it was amazing and looks identical to our brand. Love it and will be coming back for future business.

Great place for a neon sign. They take care of everything. You send them a file for your sign and they take care of the rest. Shin, the owner was great to deal with. His price is also very reasonable as well. They also get it done very fast. I would highly recommend them. They even hung a display for me while they were there, it shows they go above and beyond.
