Busy D Pumping
Twenty years ago Paul and Cindy Edwards bought Busy D Pumping, Inc. from Pat and Darrell Dwyer who had started the business in 1972. That's where the "D" came from, Darrell Dwyer. We were lucky enough to inherit Pat and Darrell's employee, Art Romero, who had been with them for ten years. Art has been a hardworking, loyal employee of ours since then and we believe he has been a key asset to our success over the past 29 years.

We are fortunate to have the best, most professional technical and support staff in Tucson. As with any new business, there were challenges to face and hurdles to overcome. One of the first critical things we had to learn was how and where to dispose of the different types of waste streams.
Services
BUSY D PUMPING has many wastewater treatment services to offer you as a homeowner, business or real estate agent. Like septic tank service or wastewater treatment. When choosing Busy D Pumping you will discover a highly skilled and well trained staff who uphold and support our core values. We understand that you are responsible for disposal and we take the load off your shoulders.
If your problems are poor drainage, backups, clogged leach lines, excess water, bad odors or just Septic Tank Pumping questions we can help. There is no job too small or too complicated for our highly skilled and trained technicians. If you've been let down by other companies give our technicians a try.
The majority of septic systems are called "conventional systems" these consist of a septic tank and leach field. Our technicians are NAWT trained and certified on conventional systems AND alternative systems. Busy D Pumping offers service contracts on all septic systems. All other types of onsite wastewater disposal systems are called Alternative systems.
Reduce the use of drain cleaners by minimizing the amount of hair, grease and food that go down the drain. Laundry-distribute loads evenly throughout the week to avoid overloading the system with large amounts of water. Know the location of your system before landscaping or installing pools or home additions.
Every 3-5 years based on usage (see pumping chart on the resources tab) Pumping your tank regularly not only keeps the system from backing up into your home but also provides you an opportunity to inspect the tank for damages. When you purchased your home in the closing paperwork you should have a septic inspection/certification.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value
Zack was very responsive to both the price point variables we were dealing with and the time crunch we were facing. Price was very fair. Communication and willingness to really try to "go the extra mile" were certainly evident with this company. Closed our sale on time due to the extra effort to be of service.

Busy D did an awesome job for us at the Arroyo Seco Mobile Home Park. This was a big project - Installing 8 new septic systems at the park. Busy D was resilient through out the job which had more challenges than expected. Regardless, they honored their quotes. They provided me updates throughout the process. I'm am lucky to have found them. They did an excellent job. Would highly recommend!

Jeff, was amazing! He was informative, clean, very professional, and took the time to explain what needed to be done in the future for my septic tank. Also, the receptionist who took my call was very nice and kind and explained fees. So there was no space for confusion or bad surprises . Thank you Busy D Pumping!!

Awesome friendly staff. Got a referral to Busy D from a good plumbing outfit and I couldn't be more satisfied. They were willing to come out same day, but offered for us to save some money by digging out our own tank top. Worker arrived when scheduled in a two hour window and called thirty minutes prior to arrival. We had not had our tank serviced since it was installed 17 years ago and it was cleaned out in a little more than an hour. Very friendly driver and the price was as quoted. Definitely will rely on Busy D in the future. I also noticed on their webpage they run their own treatment

We moved onto our new home and simply wanted to install a riser on our septic tank for future ease of service. We dug out the tank and had John came out to install the riser. When he examined our system, much more was needed in order to make our system whole again - apparently it had been neglected for quite some time. John made the necessary arrangements to come back several days later, coordinating with his guys to have the proper equipment on site. His crew was timely, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. They did the necessary repairs, installed the new riser and access cap and were on their

We just had our septic tank pumped for the first time (installed 10 years ago). Of the five companies I called, Busy D was the most knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to answer our questions. The driver showed up as scheduled, was very nice and helpful, and they charged us exactly what they said they would. We'll use them next time!
