I’ve been a dominion customer for several years and last week was the first time I had to use the after-hours on call for some issues with my smoke detector. Jonathan was patient, understanding, and calm at 9pm on a Friday night while my toddlers and my detector screamed at me in the background. THANK YOU for providing the after hours service and to Jonathan for being a stellar representative!

These short reviews can't express the the excellent level of service or professionalism you will experience when you engage Dominion for any size job. Jesse, Jonathan, Mike, you name them... Any of the Dominion staff helping you will be awesome, but as a team they are unbeatable in integrity, trust, quality, cost, and kindness. They aren't "just" technicians...they're professionals through and through. I've left them at my home and business alone and have never once been concerned. Trusting them with my "stuff" is one thing, but trusting them in my home and business is a whole different level.

My husband, Tim and I purchased a home theater system. Trey measured and recommended a system, gave us some options and once we decided on a system the rest was seamless. The installation was efficient, professional and the follow up was exceptional!! Jason was hands down amazing, he knew exactly how to adjust the settings, train us on the system and was very professional!! We highly recommend Dominion, the quality of service, the time they took to explain and answer our questions was beyond exceptional. Dominion Design and Integration installed my home automation (smart home), Audio/Video equipment, Security Alarm system They also hung several televisions and installed and set-up a home network with several access points. Their attention to detail is amazing. They are extremely professional, courteous, and they just know exactly what they are doing. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with everything, and if you want something tweaked, they take care of it without hesitation. They clean up when the project is over and leave your home looking like it did before they started

As a design professional I love working with this great team of people at Dominion Design and Integration. I have worked with this group for several years on multiple projects and have always had a positive experience. Dominion did the planning and installation of our audio, video and security systems in our new home. They were terrific at helping us to plan the work. Their installation crew was very good and very responsive. Martin Del Hierro in particular stands out for being willing to work hard to trouble shoot all problems. I recently had the Dominion team activate and update my home security system complete with several cameras, smart door lock and updated door sensors. My experience was fantastic! Alfonso, Trevor and Jerry were absolute professionals installing and configuring my system and left my house better than they found it. The office staff, Brenda & Cliff, have provided timely answers to questions and accommodated my schedule to complete the job in a timely fashion.
