Cathy has completely transformed my skin. My pores are invisible, my face is plump and dewy and my melasma spots are almost completely gone. She has all the best machines and products and she actually knows what combo of treatments I need. Her focus is to improve the health and appearance of my skin. When I think about all the money and time I have spent, at other doctors and Medspa's, on treatments that did little or nothing at all... it just makes me appreciate finding Cathy and knowing that she is motivated by results, not just going through the motions or trying to fill her appointments

Absolutely one of the best. Met Cathy about 2 years now and my skin has never look better. I have definitely done a journey with different skin procedures from PRP, Co2,IPl, micro needling, chemical peals to plasma fiberblast. She does it all. Honestly ive come and spend half a day enjoying everything they offer. Ive even laid down and did some Emsculping on my Abs. The pain was beautiful lol pain is beauty. The staff is always very welcoming i enjoy my talks with Tracie she is a doll always fun to talk to. Highly recommend this place.

I honestly can't say enough positive things about this place. Tracy and Cathy are both so kind, attentive, and informative. More importantly, the quality of services is exceptional, and the prices are fair. I relocated to Dallas last year, and unfortunately had several disappointing experiences at other medical spas before finding Something About Skin. At this point, I have had several different services done with Something About Skin and have always left feeling incredibly pleased with the results. I am honestly just so grateful to have found them here in Dallas. I cannot recommend them enough

Dr. Musser and his amazing staff are the only people I trust with my skin. The attention to detail I received at my appointment was beyond any experience I've had in a medspa before. Everything was explained to me in detail and they even checked up on me after my appointment. They truly care about their clients.
I had juvederm injected to my cheeks to help with smile lines and I absolutely love the results. My cheeks look fuller yet still natural.

I am in love with Something About Skin! is the skin whisperer! She started a skin treatment plan for my skins needs and in 2 days I can see a huge difference! She uses high grade skin products that are amazing! Dr. Musser gave me lip, cheek filler and botox. He truly is an artist when it comes to erasing time and enhancing your natural beauty.
