Learned about the company while looking for a new water heater. I went to Home Depot with the intent of lugging a water heater to my vehicle but called first and found that they would bring the water heater to the house, have the connections and materials and install all the same day! Very convenient. It may cost a little extra if you have a older home that needs to be brought up to today’s code. But great overall experience.

Mr. Daniel Garcia was a true professional from start to finish. He arrived on
time as promised and removed the items to be removed. He cleaned up
everything before leaving.
He also explained the process as to when he would be coming back. After
the work was completed, he again arrived on time to re-install the items.
He even cleaned them after doing so and cleaned the area where he worked.
All the time he was very courteous, friendly and professional in his
work. If I ever have some work done in the future, I would certainly call
Home Depot to send Mr. Garcia back again into my home.

Water heaters are notorious for being a big pain when they go out. I needed a fast turn around for the new hot water heater. I called this company based on their relationship with Home Depot and could not believe the experience was exactly what Home Depot explained! Next day service, efficient install, work area was cleaned up, service technician was experienced and knowledgable, new hot water features were superior to last hot water heater and hot water in no time! Our water heaters, or one of them (we have 2, in oarallel) started leaking last Monday night. We turned off the supply to them, cleaned up water as best we could, and went to our local Home Depot, who directed us to Same Day Water Heaters. Carry and Kevin called the next morning, showed up an hour later as promised, and replaced both tank-type units in the attic, then cleaned the area, made sure the units were working, gave us basic instruction on their operation, and hauled off the leaky old units, all in less than two hours. Kevin did an amazing job! He showed up in time. Was very courteous. Assessed everything in the house. Made me feel comfortable with what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned everything up like they had never been there. Then they explained how the new water sensor alarm worked for me. Extremely helpful, great service and would highly recommend.

Used Home Depot to get my water heater and they use Same Day Plumbing. Henry coordinated the service call to insure I got scheduled properly. Same Day Water Heaters through Home Depot installed a new water heater in my home this week. There was a mix up in scheduling and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my install and heater. My plumber, Walter, was so professional and personable. He brought our heater up to current codes and checked checked and double checked to make sure all was working properly. He was courteous and went beyond what I've ever had another plumber do. I would definitely use Same Day Water Heaters again.
