My experience was top notch. The tech called ahead to see if it was ok to come a half hour early. He was attentive when I went over some special requests for working around some resident and foster cats in my home, and was incredibly communicative and accommodating.

Avi and came out and cleaned the vents and dryer vent. I don't know when, if ever, the vents had been cleaned, but it had been 3 years since I had the dryer vent cleaned. When they cleaned the dryer vent from the outside, it was like it was snowing. So much lint and debris coming out of the vent!! It was scary to think that the amount of lint coming out from the vent could have caused a fire. I am pretty sure the last guy I hired didn't clean the dryer vent from outside, only a cursory cleaning from inside, based on observation of Avi and his partner. They got on a ladder outside to clean

I can't say enough about the professionalism of Avi and his team! He did a fantastic job of cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. We noticed the difference in our air immediately! We had recently had a major renovation done with new carpet and hard wood floors installed. Much of the debris that he found was from these last renovations, but we had no idea if the air ducts had ever been cleaned in our home that is now 15 years old. He even found pieces of tile from the original installation when the house was built!

Highly recommended! Super professional! He went above and beyond of what the standard services would be. He was careful and clean and made sure nothing was left behind. He even put up with my crazy dog that escaped and helped us capture her! Lol... you will not regret hiring him! He wore a mask the whole time to ensure our safety as well. 10 out of 10!

Avi went above and beyond and did a great job. He showed us before and after pictures which were impressive. He had a giant machine that he used as well, not a shop vac like some other companies.

After sneezing and stuffiness began to threaten my sanity, I decided to have my home air ducts cleaned. It's been years and one Labrador.
Using Yelp's quote feature, I sent out multiple requests. Avi at Air Improvement was first to reply. He quoted what proved to be the lowest price for the services I needed. While all include a "free" dryer air vent cleaning, quotes ranged from $70 to $155 more than Air Improvement, who also includes the dryer vent.
Avi arrived on time. He was affable, but on point and ready to go. I gave him a tour of the house and he went to work. As others
