I contacted 5 solar companies requesting an estimate for a system on a new build house. They were selected based on google reviews averaging 4.5 stars and above. Justin was the only one who responded promptly with a meeting followed by a quote and then a revision. None of the other companies even come close to his response and service. He was excellent and months ahead of everyone else.
Full disclosure: I did not select KW to do the work even though their price was the lowest. I have selected another company based on integrated services with the energy consultant that I am using.

We purchased our home with KW Solar having already installed panels on the house we bought. We couldn't be more satisfied with the overall experience from our original inquiry about getting to know about solar to our visit from KW Solar rep to walk our property and show us things we didn't even konw about. Every time we've had a question we always get an answer. The panels are doing exactly what they should be doing and we are excited each month when our (negative) energy bill comes. KW SOLAR were contracted by 1800SOLARUSA to design and install my solar panels. The crew was professional and knowledgeable enough to answer all my question during installation. The panels were installed without a hitch and all systems worked as I was promised. KW SOLAR did their portion of the job right!
After the 1800SOLARUSA closed shop (without notice) I was exciting to find my roof has an example of their work on their website. I quickly called and asked for a maintenance contract (pricing); explaining, my details and how the panels were installed. They were well informed of my circumstances

It's not often in this day and age when one can be impressed with customer service. Too often that's a thing of the past. Not so with KW Solar. My solar panels were down, and the original installation company's Houston number (posted on the web) led me to CenterPoint. Fortunately they were able to lead me to the original person I interfaced with in 2014. His company, KW Solar, immediately addressed my issue and sent out a technician. He replaced a blown fuse in a few minutes' time, job complete. No charge, under warranty. Not only that, I had a million questions which were answered by email and

We would recommend KW Solar to other individuals who may be considering purchasing solar panels for their homes. We started researching solar panels about a year ago and Bill came out to our home to make a presentation. We did not move forward at that time, but contacted him again this August to discuss further.
