Mat is an amazing insurance agent who provides quality customer service. Mat always responds to his clients in a timely manner and provides solutions to whatever insurance issues you may have. I have had multiple State Farm agents throughout the years and none of them has been as attentive or dedicated as Mat.

I am a business owner, a home owner, a vehicle owner and a father...I have a lot of insurance needs. I want someone who can understand what I need and why, then make the proper suggestions to adjust my list and help me make proper decisions. Overall price, coverages, additional coverages based on policy and annual changes...I could not trust all that to some whackadoo that just wants me to sign a policy.

This review is long overdue. I've known and worked with Mat Herseth since 2011. I've dealt with various business insurance agents over the years and to call Mat an "insurance agent" really doesn't describe who he is and what he does. Insurance Professional is a better term. Actually, Insurance Customer Service Professional is more accurate.
Whenever I had a claim, Mat was there immediately, as in 30 minutes or less of me calling. And, Mat is not a "paper-pusher or desk jockey." If I had an insurance issue, Mat came to the house that day, rolled up his sleeves
