Just wanted to say thank you for an excellent job on my order for #5 bright and cheery bouquet. My friend had surgery and is at OHSU. Called first thing when they opened and within hours it was delivered. Wasn’t sure about LilyRoot Flowers I was going off of reviews. And they didn’t let me down. I’m in Chicago by the way and I would recommend them highly.

Wanted to send a bouquet of flowers to cheer up my friend's mom from her surgery. I am in San Francisco and the sale lady is super nice both on the phone and text messages. Absolutely amazing service! I placed an order for delivery from out of town, so I was going in blind. I provided (probably frustratingly) little guidance other than that it was for my mom's birthday and she liked fresh, natural-looking arrangements. LilyRoot knocked it out of the park. The arrangement they delivered was absolutely decadent and right up her alley. It's miles beyond what I expected. Thank you!

Some friends of mine chipped in to give me a much-needed boost a couple days ago by buying me these flowers. I've recieved many bouquets over the years, but these are, by far, the most BEAUTIFUL. I was so impressed with LilyRoot Flowers! I wanted flowers to decorate my son's first birthday at home and received amazing flower arrangements that just livened up the entire setting. I just provided the photo of the color/type of flowers I wanted and the flower bases (she offered me different colored ones to match the color scheme better!) Thank you!

I just moved to the area and had an empty apartment as I was waiting for my furniture and wanted some greenery and a candle.
With COVID their doors were closed, but signs showed they were available via phone or text. They let me come in and smell some of their indoor fragrance options. I ended up with an amazing candle, a live plant, and a puzzle!
The staff was friendly, kind and helpful! Will definitely stop back in!

They saved my Valentine's day! I was visiting girlfriend in late January, from LA, and knew I wouldn't be there for Valentine to celebrate. I was able to order early and write a card. All for a great price and they have great selection. The florists have extensive knowledge, willing to help out. Even texted me a day before to make me feel at ease and ensure the flowers were sent out. Would definitely buy flowers again next time I visit!

I Work at OHSU and I see cheery people bringing the most beautiful flowers up to the hospital when I am on the Tram. Today, with short notice I needed a fragrant and cheerful bouquet of flowers to make my Sisters crappy day a bit better. I called Lily Root and they delivered!! Literally and for free! Within 4 hours of me placing the order I had a beautiful & fragrant bouquet in a special vase hand delivered to me at OHSU. My sister was over the moon about them. Thank you Lily Root for helping

Flowers? Candles? Kitchen knick knacks? Crystals? Do I need to say anything else?!! Love this neighborhood flower shop. Amazing selection of candles and beautiful flowers. Great place if you need to buy a present for someone, or wow your guests with the aroma of your home. The owner is the cutest and she will help you find whatever you need!

I just moved on to Gaines street and this place is my new go to for everything! They have the most beautiful fresh flowers but also the best candles, cards, vases and decorations! I have been able to find presents for every occasion I stopped in there for- holiday hosts gifts, birthday cards, decorations for our new home and everything else I didn't know I wanted/needed.
