I have used Crisol in the past with great results. This time however I was disappointed on how some of my powder coating was completed. The powder coat was fine but on eight pieces the worker removed metal identification tags. This now has cost me more than what I paid for the whole powder coating process. All I received was the explanation it was their fault that the 2nd shift worker didn’t get the message to not remove the tags and sorry. If parts have a metal ID tag it would be common sense that it was there for a reason.
