We have been working closely with PCS for our agency's IT needs for several years. The staff has great customer service! They are incredibly responsive and diligent at fixing any issues. They also offer creative solutions to make our systems work better. And, they often suggest better ways for us to manage our data and laptops. Our 30 + user, multi site organization has been a PCS client for several years. PCS has enabled our organization to focus on our core work as they have kept our IT systems secure and stable. PCS responds quickly and thoroughly and communicates well when plans have to change. The techs are great folks and management is available and responsive when needed. We tried a few other technical support companies with disappointing results and are happy we discovered PCS.
