We have been using Emperor Insurance for a few years now! Have to say they are amazing with the service they provide for our Commercial and Residential customers. Paul Ruiz with Emperor Insurance is AWESOME! He was able to get me a lower rate on my homeowner’s policy after my previous insurance agent/company said it was not possible. He was also able to obtain a refund for an over payment of insurance due to the previous agent/company incorrectly telling me I did not qualify for certain policy credits. Paul is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. Best experience I have ever had with an insurance agent. Highly recommended!

After many years with the same insurance company our rates were drastically increased. Luckily I got Barbie's name and number from another transport company and called her. Emperor Insurance agency has been a blessing for me personally and professionally. They insure my home, business and classic cars.
