I worked with Jeff while I was looking to purchase my first condo in Chicago. After I provided information on what I was looking for, he took the time to show me units that fit what I thought I was looking for as well as other he thought I might like to give me broader knowledge of what was available and what I may like. Jeff Herbert first helped me find a furnished apartment for a few months in the summer of 2020 and found the perfect apartment. He listened and understood exactly what I was looking for. I then went back to that same building for two months during the holiday season, and had an issue that Jeff jumped all over and solved with one call to the building management.

Jeff was an amazing realtor to work with on my Lincoln Park condo search. We live in New Mexico, so we did all the looking virtually. I just moved from Austin to Chicago, and Jeff Herbert was super helpful in setting up showings through FaceTime. He was super quick in getting back to me, and all around I had a really great and easy experience working with him. I hadn't seen the place in person when I decided on it, and it worked out great. He definitely went above and beyond even after I found my place - checking to make sure the move went smoothly, coordinating pick-up with the keys, helping troubleshoot a parking situation, and even helped do a few runs back and forth to my car when he had a spare 20 minutes.
