I have never been fond of the dentist but I actually enjoyed this experience. Allegra Dental Center definitely stands out above the rest. The office is very clean, organized and efficient. Dr. Floyd is a very knowledgeable, thorough and gentle Dentist. You can really tell she enjoys her profession. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Friendly staff and doctor Dickson is amazing ! She listened and helped me to find the best alternative procedure to fixed an issue i carried from a different doctor, i’m extremely happy I found them, I was very satisfied with my cleaning last time i went and Mimi was the best of the Best. Dr. Dickson and her staff were GREAT! I hadnt been to the dentist in years and this office eased my fears. The Hygienist (Madonna) was the absolute Best Hygienist I’ve had with any dentist visit. She was knowledgeable , non judgmental and professional. They also saw my two kids and their experience was great too. Dr. Dickson showed up afterwards and was the icing on the cake. Great bedside manner and she actually cared. I can’t wait to finish my dental journey and share my pictures. I highly recommend her office for all your dental needs.

This was my first visit to Allegra Dental Center and I could not have been more pleased. The office environment is peaceful and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and professional. THE. BEST. My appointment started at the front desk and being a health care provider myself, I understand the impact your front desk can play into how patience perceive your practice. The front desk at Allegra was so friendly and prompt. Then the dental hygienist, Mimi, quickly came and got me. Former Optimal Dental Center client! I found Allegra Dental on a Google search because my former dentist was charging me $729 (my portion with insurance) for a crown replacement and would not allow me to make payments although I've been a client for 12yrs and was on a payment plan when I had braces. This was the nicest dentist office I've ever visited. The people are so incredibly friendly, professional, sensitive, thorough, and helpful. This dental office is extraordinary from reception to check out. All staff is extremely friendly and professional. The office itself is extremely clean, ambient, and all equipment is modernized. Each appointment, I am seen immediately on time ... even a few minutes early once when I arrived early. Lovely hygienists get things started before the doctor comes. Dr. Dickson is fantastic! Only bummer was the day of the appointment I had food poisoning and they still charge a cancelation fee. So I forced myself to go and was glad I did.
Even though I did not have my head straight due to the sickness, the office was very patient with me and treated me well.
The initial patient consultation and cleaning was thorough and well explained. Happy to have found this place and doctor!

I LOVE Dr.Dickson. She is not only extremely talented but she is a fun and kind person. I always enjoy my time there and know I am getting the very best care with every visit. I initially went in with some trepidation, since I had been with the same dentist and hygienist for the last 13 years. However, Dr. Dickson and her team did not disappoint. I left work early due to a swelling caused by my wisdom too that had been erupting and another wisdom tooth right above it that was rubbing against it. I was fortunate enough to have this dental center as an option in our office building. I walked in with an ice pack on the side of my face and the ladies at the front desk were friendly and empathetic to my situation. I was stressed out with my insurance not yet being active but they didn't treat me with anything other than great customer service. I have been going here for a while now, Got my invisilines from here, They are always so courteous and very friendly - and I also like them because they don't pressure you to get EXTRA STUFF - every time I have gone to previous dentist they always recommended something - THAT MY INSURANCE does not cover! It's annoying - I don't have this problem here, and I live in MD and come all the way to Virginia. I get a better rate out of pocket here. My Son needed a night guard because he grinds his teeth at night - the place in MD 118 out of Pocket. Nana - basically nothing out of pocket

I'm not really sure where to began but my overall experience with Dr. D has been great. She's very experienced, detailed and thorough. She makes you feel really comfortable and she's easy to communicate with.
What sets her aside is her genuine care and concerns about her patients. I've had to get three of my impacted wisdom tooth pulled out and she would often check on me via text and phone to make sure that I was ok. She checks on me often if I am having other procedures being done. I am never worried while under her care.

Dr. Dickson and her staff are nothing short of amazing! Everyone has a calm demeanor and is very approachable. Each visit, I'm greeted with a smile and my anxiety about being at the dentist's office quickly fades away. To make things better, I have never been to a more efficient or understanding dentist. My appointments start promptly and I am out in a timely manner. Dr. Dickson always talks me through any issues and explains next steps - and as someone who highly dislikes the dentist's office, I appreciate the level of care that she takes to make sure I'm comfortable and satisfied
