Services
Founded in 2018, BOSS is a hair salon in Chicago's River North district. We worked with their interior designers to design their brand in tandem with the interior of the space so everything is cohesive and on point. The custom graphic pattern was based on the salon's tilework and the color palette was based on the paint selections.
Taking advantage of advances in digital textile printing technology, Cloth & Company designs and prints textiles in-house to create custom furniture and home goods, in a matter of days. Besides having their own collections, Cloth & Company collaborates with artists and tastemakers to create exclusive capsule collections for retailers like Target, Chairish and One Kings Lane.
Echo Vie is a natural, nontoxic skincare brand created by makeup artist, Susie Lee, a four time cancer survivor. Her difficult experiences inspired her to become more conscious of what she was putting in and on her body, which led her to creating these products.
We worked with Susie to rebrand the entire company and helped her establish a brand strategy, created a product naming system and completely redesigned the visual identity, logo, icon, packaging, labels, business cards, notecards and sales sheet.The packaging for Echo Vie is the heart of this brand and where we started to inform and drive the identity.

After designing several Goltz Group Websites, their parent company, The Goltz Group, came to us in need of a website to showcase and unite its five design-oriented businesses. The vision can be described as a marriage of art and business with "Connected by design" serving as the concept. We designed a new user experience, clearly defined each company while tying them together and tailoring the content to attract their target audiences.
Hannah's Bretzel is a gourmet sandwich shop with 7 locations downtown Chicago. They make insanely tasty food, provide healthier nutrition on-the-go, and do it with the smallest environmental footprint possible. After being in business for 8 years, they brought us in to evaluate and evolve their brand experience.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kyle and Kim on my salon project and could not have been more thrilled with the results. This team is not only thorough and extremely efficient, but the amount of detail that they put Into conceptualizing my vision to reality was insanely accurate and spot on. They went above and beyond to not only deliver items early, but would offer me far more options than promised. I have recently had the pleasure of working with Kyle and Kim of Knoed Creative. From the start they held my had though the nerve wracking re-branding process. They patiently listened to all of my thoughts, questions, and concerns; within two meetings they had a thorough comprehension of my brand and the direction. The entire process was creative brainstorming at its best and most fun! I own a printing company in Chicago and have had the pleasure to work with Knoed on a large range of projects across many different brands. They create some of the cleanest designs and branding that I've seen. I love getting orders from them because I know it will always make for a great shirt layout. Personally I've looked at several of the websites they've done when I want inspiration. They can create an amazing layout that looks cool and engaging, but will never have an unnecessary clutter. To me they are the pinnacle of a great design firm!

After way too long my architectural firm, Studio 1 Architects, needed to freshen up our website and identity. Imaginative, thoughtful, creative and personal, Knoed was the perfect fit.
