Yet another year of amazing family photos thanks to Anna! She is AMAZING with our 5 year old who is typically super shy. It's hard narrowing down which photos to print since they are all so good. I cannot say enough good things about Anna Marks Photography! We recently took family photos with Anna, and the images she captured are true treasures. Anna was incredibly easy to work with - highly communicative and absolutely delightful in person. We booked Anna for our fall mini session. It was very easy to get in touch with her and book our session. She made our session very lively and brought a lot of energy to it. Our little one, who is usually camera shy and wont pose or smile had all his teeth showing in the pictures. Thats the biggest compliment I guess. The pictures were beyond perfect!! It wasnt too posed, it was just right and it was truly us. Thanks for capturing us and I will cherish these pictures. I highly recommend her!!

I met Anna when she shot my best friend's wedding. She was professional, made everyone feel comfortable, and was great at keeping the timeline moving long (a key quality for a wedding photographer).

We are so happy with our newborn photos with Anna! Anna was recommended highly by a colleague; Anna shot his wedding and newborn photos, so we were super excited to work with her.
Anna was on-time (surprisingly important with a newborn!), super respectful about our COVID precautions (she wore a mask and asked if she could touch our daughter to position her before doing so), and was a joy to work with. She asked what we wanted, what we liked and didn't like, and scouted out our place to see where the best locations were.

We worked with Anna to do our newborn photoshoot, just 2 weeks after our baby was born! We were nervous to do this while I was still recovering and with an energetic dog running around, but Anna made us feel so comfortable. She is a calming presence yet has great energy and is just so easy to work with. Most importantly, her photos are gorgeous! We can't wait to work with her again.

Anna is a gem! From our engagement session to the big day, she was an absolutely pleasure to work with. Her engaging personality makes first time photo subjects put at ease. I still remember having to pose for our engagement session on one of the coldest and windy days in San Francisco, yet, as passers by commented that we made it look like we… were not cold at all as I was covered in goose bumps, we knew that was all because of Anna. As she is snapping away, her ability to coach and encourage you and make you smile naturally in the most unnatural of settings, always seizes to amaze me.

We LOVED Anna! I cannot express how delightful it was working with her and how happy we are with our photographs. Guests were calling days after to make comments about how sweet she was--it was almost like she was part of the guest list! She arrived on time and helped us all relax a bit with how easy going and professional she was. She was somehow… everywhere at once capturing all the important moments. Even the crazy # of family shots and wedding party shots went quickly and smoothly with lots of laughs.

Incredible - Anna was not only a stellar photographer for our Ohio wedding in October, but she was also a pretty great dancer / guest! We loved the way she was able to capture the candid moments on our special day.. from speeches to chatting with cocktails to dances. I couldn't recommend her more highly - I'm so glad we looked as far as the West Coast for the perfect photographer!

Not only are Anna's pictures absolutely stunning, but she is such a pleasure to work with. Our families are in awe of how beautiful the photos turned out.
