I am deeply passionate about the work that I do with my clients because of my own experience with chronic illness and the integral role that my journey to health has played in my life. When I was (mis)diagnosed with leukemia in 2004, I was faced with a great deal of fear and overwhelm. After being given that diagnosis, I had no one to help guide me on the path I had just been pushed down.

Yet we often have a lot of limiting beliefs, old habits, and behaviors that get in the way of achieving our health goals. Did you know that we think between 50,000-70,000 thoughts a day and yet most of those are the same thoughts we have been thinking for many years? Your mind is POWERFUL! But that power can often be used in a negative way that doesn't support your goals for health and healing.
Are you tired of constantly being bombarded by messages about the newest ways to "lose weight fast" and how quick and easy it can be? Have you tried what feels like EVERYTHING to lose some extra pounds and yet nothing seems to work for you, leaving you frustrated and disappointed? The truth is that most of these products and approaches don't work, or if they do, we find ourselves quickly regaining the weight that we lost.
While there are many thousands of guided meditations available available through the internet and through apps like Insight Timer, sometimes finding just the right meditation for a topic you are working on can feel challenging. Lyn has worked on my 6 year old daughter and on me through distance BodyTalk. I highly recommend her and her healing work. We learned a lot about our daughters health, food intolerance and more that we had no idea about. And, we've already been through the elimination diet ;) Some of my "issues" just seemed to disappear after my session...and the best part is, lines were crossed, so I didn't even know she had already worked on me. It was awesome! And, I too learned some stuff about my health I was unaware of but totally made sense.

I heart Lyn!
I recently saw Lyn for some muscle strength imbalances leading to a seemingly random pattern of nerve pain. Being an alternative medicine provider, I had received a variety of treatments but the muscle strength imbalance remained. I wanted to identify how my body was moving improperly, and help correct that, not just reduce the pain.
I thoroughly enjoyed the care and attention Lyn provides during her blended biofeedback appointments. The yoga therapy was much more enlightening, gentle, and working with my body than other forms of physical therapy I have experienced before.

I found the biofeedback was very beneficial. I was able to see the immediate benefits of sending love and gratitude to my heart and breathing slowly and deeply. This had a huge impact on me. I have been working on holding positive thoughts. Plus, I have been aware of the benefits of breathing slowly and deeply. I was still surprised to see the direct result of sending my heart love and gratitude combined with slow and deep breathing right in front of me.
I really appreciated the exercise portion of the session. I had some apprehension about the exercise portion because of how my body has been

Feeling exhausted for three weeks straight although eating healthy, getting sufficient sleep and excercise I could barely get out of bed come morning or stay awake all day long. Feeling desperate I reached out to Lyn for a distance BodyTalk session, in spite of being wary of how a distance session could actually work. The reality was I was desperate, didn't even have the strength or energy to drive myself to her office so this would have to suffice! I first connected with Lyn for help with lowering my anxiety and stress responses. She introduced me to biofeedback and helped me focus in on how to bring my body/mind/spirit into alignment using my own innate internal breathing rhythms.She also taught me the magical art of controlling my body temperature for total relaxation.
After working with the biofeedback component for a time, we began incorporating yoga therapy exercises into our weekly sessions. I really love these exercises, especially because even the simplest movement brings my awareness into alignment with what I most need to focus
