If I could give Innovative Spine 100 stars I would. After 6 months of being misdiagnosed by everyone from my PCM to my neurologist, NP Torres was able to diagnose my condition within 15 minutes of evaluating me, despite my condition not being related to Innovative Spines primary area of specialty. Due to her absolute professionalism, I was able to get referred to someone who could treat my condition and get me on the road to recovery. You guys are awesome. Thank you so much.

Without a doubt, Dr. Liu is the single most professional, caring, and competent surgeon I've had the distinct pleasure of working with to date. I am so very grateful to the three other doctors who recommended him to me. Each promised I could no better - they were spot on!
In the past nine years I've seen four excellent neurosurgeons, three neurologists, and three pain specialist, and yet for all their sincere efforts none were able to accomplish what Dr. Liu had done in one visit. I've never witnessed anything as thorough and detailed as well.

I have been a patient of Dr Liu and Nurse Torres for almost a year. From day one, they have taken the time to explain my charts and images, showing me what was wrong and how it was impacting me. They have had the utmost compassion and understanding throughout the entire process. We tried all avenues of treatment, before assisting me in the decision for surgery.

This was the first time I had an appointment in Dr. Liu's Innovative Spine and Orthopedic Clinic. Everyone I came into contact with were very professional and knowledgeable. Since this was an assessment meeting, I met with PA, Ms. Torres who was thorough in both her questions and exam to begin to find out the problem and hopefully some solutions. Arrangements were made to have MRI scans and meet again with her within a 2 week time frame. That to me is AMAZING! Hopefully we are on the way to finding some solutions.

After finding out via an MRI that was performed that I had two herniated discs in my neck causing me to have spinal myelomalacia, I began researching the best Spinal Surgeons in San Antonio TX. At this stage in my life I had never had any major surgeries and now I was facing cervical neck surgery (ACDF). I ended up reading a lot of reviews on a lot of doctors in the area and decided to go with Dr. Hongbo Lui and his staff at Innovative Spine and Orthopedic Clinic. This was my first visit and the staff was so welcoming and professional. The PA was so thorough and answered all my questions patiently and started me on a course of action that day! They respond to voice messages quickly (I got response to question/request for records within an hour!). I will follow up next month but so far great service!

Amazing staff! They were super nice.
I saw Velvet Torres, NP and I felt like she actually cared. She was extremely knowledgeable, more than most doctor's it seems.
I have been to at least 15 doctors seeking help and she actually took the time to show me exactly what was going on and how to fix it.
I couldn't recommend a better place.
