We have been serving residents of Mays Landing, Somers Point and South Jersey since the early 1980s. We are more than proud to be able to help people by doing what we love to do: quality dentistry that changes people's lives in some way. Our highly trained, experienced and dedicated doctors and staff can take care of just about all your dental needs.
Our doctors are committed to providing all of our patients with the best dental care possible. We focus on maintaining a comfortable atmosphere, and we make an effort to create a relaxing experience while you receive any dental treatments. We see patients who are experiencing dental emergencies on the same day during our office hours.
Your comfort is our priority and we do everything possible to make your visit to our office pain-free and relaxed. If you visit our Mays Landing office, you can enjoy the view through our large windows of birds at our bird feeders. The injections themselves are painless, and most people don't even notice them.
Our doctors conduct very thorough examinations in order to give patients an accurate treatment plan, with options. Patients get a series of full-mouth X-rays, as needed, using our low-radiation digital X-ray equipment. For patients interested in smile makeover or dental rehabilitation, we'll take digital photos of your face and profile, and of your mouth and teeth.

After a few visits for more than cleanings, unfortunately I am disappointed with Dr. Nosti. I am probably in the minority, but my complaints are mostly due to what I felt was impatience with my overly sensitive teeth and anticipated fear due to almost always having a bad experience with dental work.
After one visit for a temp. crown there was no… effort to clean the extra "glop" that was put on the tooth. Eventually it wore off but it was uncomfortable until that happened. My mouth was numb so I didn't voice a problem before I left.

I am the cliche, the terrified patient, but Dr. Nosti and Charlie were fantastic in calming my nerves. I needed a lot of work, due to many years avoiding the dentist because I was so scared and anxious. I also have amazing things to say about Carolee and Mary Jane, these dental hygienists are so personable and fantastic at what they do. I couldn't recommend this office more.

I feel like I hit the lottery by finding Dr. John Nosti- NYC Cosmetic Dentist at Advanced Cosmetic and General Dentistry! He also has an office in Mayslanding that is modern and centrally located. Dr Nosti has removed all of my dental fears and visiting his office is a great experience. ALL of the staff are professional and friendly. I had an issue… with a tooth that I had a root canal on at a specialist office and Dr. Nosti's office followed up with multiple phone calls making sure I was ok and squeezed me in this am to make sure I was on the right track with this infected tooth. Not thrilled
