Prior to joining BoardWalk, Michelle served for 11 years as Vice President for Campus Life at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta where she directed a staff of 60 in support of a growing university with enrollment of 1500.She began her career in the Peace Corps in Senegal and then spent almost three decades in higher education leadership where she focused on creating community, developing teams, and building lasting institutional success.
