At DBI, we recognize that in today's competitive business environment, every minute counts. That's why we have developed an innovative approach to handling your time critical shipments. By offering access to our proprietary software which enables real time shipment information, order entry and dispatch, to our five domestic airfreight service levels, DBI has you covered.
Booking a truckload with DBI is as simple as making a phone call or sending an email. All pertinent information must be provided such as: pickup and delivery times and locations, as well as contact names and numbers, and finally, what type of equipment is needed. DBI will schedule your load and closely monitor it until it is delivered.
With time critical deadlines it is imperative that shipments are delivered on schedule. We understand the complexities and special needs required in the coordination of your trade show shipments to assure timely events. We are familiar with all major convention centers and have extensive experience delivering time sensitive freight.
Documents needed to facilitate various actions are listed above. DBI will acknowledge receipt and assign a confirmation number to ensure traceability. We are committed to simplifying the shipping process by offering many items on line. If the form you need is not listed, please let us know and we will accommodate you right away.
A customs document used for the temporary duty-free import of certain goods into a country in lieu of the usual customs documents. Confirmed on Board, a tracking status indicating the shipment is loaded on an aircraft that has departed from the origin or connection airport. Cash on Delivery, the delivery agent collects the payment for goods being transported at the time of delivery (usually payable for shipper).

Had a delivery sitting in a terminal 1.5 hours away from its final destination for 2 full weeks. I called 5 times over the course of 3 days and every rep took down my info and said they would call me back, they never did. The hired another company to make the final delivery but would not tell me the name of other company. Because they insisted on being the middle man, my delivery is getting postpone another two days.

I am so happy with this company. I was in a real situation where I needed really big car parts sent out and I was reffered to this company through a friend. It seemed like they new what they were doing and the people were so nice! I am so happy with the speed and efficiency that this place works and the prices were great. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

You’ve probably heard about the man who gave his water bottle to a terrified puppy. He stopped at a sign, ran out, gave the water to them and left. He didn’t know they were filming until he was at the fence and he did it with the best of intentions. Please find him in your employee database and give him a raise. I assume you can afford it after all this great publicity you are getting ☺️ Thank you kind sir. Also thank you for being an essential worker.
