Once again, I've been very satisfied with how quickly the professionals at Parried have responded to all my inquiries and very pleased with the resolutions provided. Seth did a great job of walking this tech non-savvy user through the transfer of files from an old computer to a new laptop. He was patient in walking me through, addressed minor glitches quickly and checked back repeatedly to make sure the transition was successful. I became acquainted with Parried several months ago when I began working for a client company. Being a new employee with the client company, I have had a series of urgent needs to get all of my computer equipment prepared to support me in my new position. It is an understatement to say that Parried is good at what they do. They are outstanding at what they do.
