We are karaoke enthusiasts for sure with a passion to make your experience the most fun it can possibly be. Our KJ's are experienced, fun, well dressed and professional. With our Laptops loaded with over 20,000 Karaoke songs, there is music for every age and from every genre including an extensive collection of Standards, Show Tunes, 50's, 60's & 70's, 80's, 90's etc. all the way through to the top hits of today.
A. Our DJs dress not like a groomsman in a Bridal Party, but more like a well dressed guest at your event. Versace, Armani or Hugo Boss. We like to look as good as we sound. A fine tailored suit and tie, elegant and sophisticated. A. Our DJs usually arrive about an hour and half before the event starts to guarantee that we are completely set-up before your guests arrive.
Along with providing Wedding DJ services, we are also event planners that help Brides & Grooms plan every facet of their wedding. Reception planning starts with the cocktail hour, introduction of the bridal party, toasts, cake cutting, first dance, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, bouquet/garter all the way through to the last dance.
Is your Wedding Ceremony in the same location as the reception? If so, why not have Dancetrax Mobile DJ Entertainment provide music at a fraction of the cost of live musicians?. We can play songs of your choice or we can provide suggestions that will sound as good if not better than a live group. If your ceremony is in a separate room/area or perhaps even outside, then a separate smaller system is required.
DJ Todd Arcari has over 20 years of Mobile DJ experience. Since the age of sixteen, the Chicago native has lived for the weekends spinning records at parties. Starting back in high school, Todd honed his skills by working all kinds of parties and events and even dabbled a little in acting on TV. Around 1994, Todd started to focus on Weddings and perfecting his skills as a Mobile DJ. I love doing weddings!

Where to start...Todd Arcari was awesome!! From start to finish, Todd did an excellent job in communicating and making our special day even more special. The ceremony in which he supplied all the sound equipment worked out amazing! The most impressive part was the ceremony. He killed it on the introductions and had everybody dancing all night! Todd was super personable and accommodated all of our requests. If you're looking for a high quality DJ, I highly recommend Todd!

Todd did an amazing job with our wedding! He was prompt with answering any questions and was very easy to work with! He provided everything we needed to have a great wedding. We got several compliments at the wedding on such a great music selection! He even was so flexible with making day of changes that were needed! We would highly recommend hiring Todd!

My husband and I were set to get married on April 5th, 2020. Todd was incredibly responsive and kind. His pricing was more than reasonable and he made it so easy to make the day how we wanted it. The best part of it was that he was so reassuring, so kind, and so excited about our wedding day!

Covid-19 then came along and we had to reschedule. I was overwhelmed because I had no idea if we were even having a wedding at all in the future. The easiest part about having to reschedule

Todd was awesome ! He was responsive and helpful from day 1. Worked with us patiently on the perfect playlist. Our wedding was magical with the extra touches Todd put in. He was able to read the crowd well and keep the party going ! I would definitely recommend Todd. Good value and quality for the price .

There are not enough stars on yelp to describe Todd, he did an absolutely wonderful job being the DJ for our conference! When I sent him an email asking if he would be interesting in being our DJ he replied immediately (which I really appreciated) and moving forward was so easy to communicate with. When the day of the event arrived, Todd not only came early, but was completely set up before I even realized he was in the building. Todd was incredible. He blew our expectations out of the water. We planned our wedding in less than 2wks due to a family illness. Todd was referred to us from where we were having our little reception. We called Todd on December 24, 2018 to see if he was available on December 29th,2018. Talk about accommodating, he was all for it. He helped us make our wedding smooth and very special to us considering the circumstances. We are forever grateful for him. Let me just say if Yelp had an option to have 10 stars, I would be leaving a 10 star rating. DJ Todd from Dancetrax was a truly remarkable DJ. Todd was the master of ceremony and DJ at our wedding in downtown Chicago this November. My now wife's main concern was not having people on the dance floor dancing the night away having the best time of their lives. I received a reference from a family friend but was a bit skeptical because the reviews online were fairly old for Dancetrax. However, apparently people just had a wedding and didn't get around to leaving reviews. We gave Todd a list

Wow...where to even start! I had a very tight budget and explained to Todd what I was working with--he was so understanding and was the first vendor to be personable and patient with me as I was planning my wedding. We had to change our date from what we originally booked and Todd was flexible enough to still be our DJ on the new date. He was spot on with the kind of music we requested and was sure to keep the dance floor going until the very end. Dancetrax and Todd Arcari are simply amazing and the absolute best. For my wedding the DJ was the most important consideration I had for all of our guests. A good DJ can can be the most memorable part of the reception fun and a bad one can ruin the party for everyone. So when it came to selecting our DJ I felt it was important to get it right. I have seen Dancetrax in action at a few work events and thought they did a quality job. TODD IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! What bride does not leave the dancefloor for her entire wedding?! This bride, that's who, but only when Todd is spinning the tunes!! (seriously, I danced for over three hours straight and probably would have gone for three more, thanks to Todd) We intended on interviewing several DJs but we liked Todd so much after meeting him, that we decided to book him and we are so happy that we did! Todd was really easy to work with, he was always quick to respond, he gave us lots of materials to help us pick music and was totally cool when we went our own way for the key songs

I'm going to preface this review by stating that I really wasn't too excited about having a DJ at my wedding... Todd Arcari of Dancetrax completely exceeded all expectations! He seemlessly took the reigns when the jazz trio had finished playing after dinner. From that moment the energy in the room never wavered. My groom, not exactly Mr. Twinkle Toes, did not leave the dance floor! I can honestly say that Todd had a big part in my perfect day!
