Dan is not only extremely professional and easy to work with but also very talented. The headshots he took turned out better than I was expecting, and I had high expectations! He is super friendly, helps make you feel comfortable during the shoot, and takes a LOT of photos that you get to keep which means you will absolutely leave your session liking more than a few of your pictures (and he guarantees it). His prices are very reasonable and it is great being able to keep all of the photos (whereas some photographers only give you rights to a single photo at the end of the day). Also, his studio

I did the 15 minute express headshots for work. Dan was great. I called him the morning of to ask about parking and he was really helpful. He also sent me a text right before the appointment with directions up to the studio.
He was friendly and professional and took a lot of great shots. Being in front of the camera isn't really my forte, but he made me feel comfortable and was really helpful with the posing.

Dan (the photographer) is quite a pleasure to work with, very responsive if you have any questions regarding exactly what you're buying with different packages. I'm personally someone who gets a little camera shy, especially on the spot but Dan does great job of working with you on a personal, casual level and everything flows smoothly.
Pricing is good too, I reached out to a few local San Francisco photographers and his are definitely the best price especially for what you get. 10/10 recommended!

I'd never had professional photos done and don't consider myself photogenic by any standard. Dan was communicative and really took his time, trying various poses/angles, all the while putting me at ease as he coached me through the session. Approachable, friendly, comfortable, and puts you at ease. Having to pose for pictures can be really awkward sometimes, but it wasn't like that with Dan at all. It was fun and we were laughing almost the whole time! Also, really patient and receptive to feedback for any edits or touch ups you might want done. Worked with us on scheduling since we were coordinating several people who aren't all available at the same time. Thanks, Dan!
