Keith worked as a technician for many years for a small family owned company, when it was sold to a large corporation, He decided to go on his own. Keith raised his family in the Oak Forest area and started his business servicing Oak Forest and surrounding areas. Keith's positive attitude and desire to remove fear and educate his neighbors on their specific environment has helped him develop a great reputation.
Service Maintenance is for customers that want to maintain an on going pest free environment. All services include spot treatment with re-services as needed, within service warranty time frame. All 1st time customers start with an initial pest control service. Initial pest control services are part inspection and part product application, and have a 90 day warranty.
If you have had an initial pest control or a general maintenance pest control, the warranty is for 90 days and covers crawling insects. When you reach out to let us know you are still seeing activity, we will ask you what pests you are seeing and the location of the activity. An appointment is made and we spot treat for the issue.

My fiancé and I returned from vacation to discover an animal had gotten into our stove vent and was trapped. We called late Thursday evening to schedule an appointment and Debbie was able to squeeze us in early Friday morning. She was very helpful and timely in her communication. Keith stopped by Friday and was able to remove what we discovered to be a bird from our vent. He was so friendly and informative. The pricing was also WAY better than any other company I called. I highly recommend Kilgore and will use them for future pest control needs.
