We were looking for a flat-fee realtor to sell our house, and Todd exceeded our expectations with his expertise, professionalism, and responsiveness during the entire transaction. He took care of nearly all aspects of listing our house, and he clearly communicated the two areas that we were responsible for handling - professional photography and staging, which we felt was more than reasonable.

We have moved many times. I rate Todd as the best. He charges a flat fee which is less than the 3% usually paid. He puts the house on MLS and all other listing sites. He takes care of everything: deals with other realtors, takes care of problems, and deals with all negotiations.

Todd helped my wife and I purchase a new build home in South Austin.
