Michelle, our driver both ways is very personable and professional. She called us when she knew our plane arrived and was very helpful with how to find her. Her beautiful Mercedes van fit all 6 of us and all of our luggage, which she loaded. She let us stop at the store for wine for our cruise. When we disembarked she was waiting for us, calling us to let us know she was there for us.

Dependable! We booked through a 3rd party website and the owner reached out that he had no availability for our busy last-minute Christmas trip but he would make it happen for us considering the 3rd party website had no checked with him before accepting our reservation. They showed up, on time, roundtrip with 0 issues. We had a large group on 13 and they brought a clean van with 3 car seats for us! Very appreciative. We use again and again when in the area. Highly recommend. Thanks!

I cannot say enough good things about Mercado Transportation! Our flight was delayed by 3 hours and it was SUCH a relief having a company that was so helpful and understanding. Our luggage was sent to the wrong baggage carousel and our driver found it for us! My family's first time in Orlando had a great start and ending thanks to them. Only shuttle service we will ever use A++ service!

Excellent service. Received a text as soon as we landed. They even adjusted the pickup location due to an odd luggage delivery location.
Upon leaving the resort for the airport, the driver arrived 10 minutes early and was very easily identifiable amongst a busy lobby.
Vehicles were clean and comfortable. Can’t beat this service for the price.

In a crazy 2020 same great service from Mercado Transportation! Our family has used Mercado transportation the last several times we have visited Disney over the years. Each and every time we have had reliable and professional service. Whether it was for our family of 5 or a larger group of 8+ Mercado Transportation had a vehicle in their fleet to fit our needs. They have car seats when needed and have always allows us to make a super helpful grocery store stop on the way to our hotel. They are our “go-to” company for our trips and look forward to the next time we will need to call!

I am very happy with our service. Our transportation was probably the only thing within our schedule that went according to plan. Al was our driver and my entire family loved him. He is very nice man & extremely professional. He was our driver for pick up and return. He communicated with me what time to expect him and what type of vehicle he was driving. Then again letting me know he was almost there. He got out the vehicle both times greeting my entire family with a hugh smile and handshake. Helped with all our luggage. He & my husband talked the entire trip. Al was just superb and I am very grateful

We were very happy with Mercado Transportation. I had overestimated the time it would take to get off the ship Saturday but Sam picked us up a few minutes early from our scheduled time. He was very friendly and professional, even on one of his busiest days! We will definitely use Mercado again when in the Orlando area. Clean vehicle and great service!
