They did GREAT WORK on my award, quickly and at a good price, and their sales team couldn't have been more helpful and upbeat. You could tell by their attitude that they love their job and company -- and that always attests to super management. Outstanding custom award created by Lane Award Manufacturing. Debra and the Lane Award team crafted a beautiful custom sales award to celebrate an important 35 year employee milestone. Every detail was carefully and thoughtfully made for us from the craftsmanship on the handmade wood frame made in-house to the clean glass etching. Their website is great to get ideas and be sure to call them with any questions as they are genuinely happy to help!

I work in nonprofit, and we order awards about 3-4 times per year from Lane Award. Due to the nature of our events, we sometimes are forced to wait until as close to an event as possible to select an award winner, and Lane always handles it for us with ease! This place rocks. Finally after driving by for years and seeing their new upgrade and cool big new kiosk on the outside I finally had a reason and stopped in on a whim , I was getting married. I wanted to get some things engraved for the wedding party. Everybody was with smiles and so helpful. I wasn't able to get a couple of the things engraved but they were honest in telling me they didn't want to risk ruing the fragile material. I was put in charge of purchasing an award for my Greek alum organization. After looking online I called Lane Awards and was encouraged to visit the showroom to see all my options. On my arrival Alicia was extremely helpful in finding a tasteful option within my budget. She was able to reduce cost with our 501c3 status.
