Fast service and custom plaque was perfect! I needed a Swimming award for my grandson. Sun Devil was the 3rd shop I called. The first store did not have any swimming awards, the second shop had swimming awards but they would not send me a picture; they said I had to come into the store. I called Sun Devil and Andrew volunteered to send me pictures of the two choices in stock. 5 minutes later I got the email and ordered the trophy. The plaque/trophy is perfect and I was so happy with how quickly they personalized it! Bravo and if I could give them 10 stars, I would.

My 11 yr old grandson swam 1 mile with me yesterday and we wanted to give him an award for the effort. My wife called Sun Devil Trophy & Awards this morning and they helped her chose a small inexpensive plaque. Mark turned around the engraving in a couple of hours. I was able to pick up the plaque in plenty of time to give to my grandson this afternoon. This firm gets 5 stars from us and our loyalty for their customer service and affordable pricing.

I am a Poker Dealer out at Talking Stick Casino the states #1 casino, so I needed the best cut cards, an without a doubt Sun Devil Trophy did NOT disappoint. The designs Andrew made up for me our FLY,DOPE,On Point! I gave him creative control on 1 of my 3 cards I had done, my only Regret is I didn’t let him do ALL 3. Each year we get our Employee of the Year trophies made by Sun Devil Trophy and EVERY-TIME they knock it out of the park!! not only is their customer service amazing, they are timely as well and we always get excitement from our group on how amazing the trophies look. The staff at Sun Devil Trophy went above and beyond for our annual family charity golf tournament, 6-18. Shipments from their vendors were both wrong AND late! However, they made it happen, kept me informed and all is well. The behind the scenes work is what counts and they delivered. Have used them for years and with the same results---always right! They are the best for any and all "trophy merchandise" and engraving.

They know that customer service and reputation are critical - so, when an item was not what I expected - they refunded the cost - including the custom art work. That's how I do business and I was glad to see them take that position. And, they even changed their website immediately to eliminate future confusion. Responsive. I'd patronize them again.

I recently needed a glass bowl engraved for a gift. I was a little nervous handing over the bowl but was reassured by Dorian that they could complete the job to my satisfaction. Of course, the bowl turned out just perfect and was exactaly to my specifications!! I couldn't be happier with their customer service and quality of work. My company used to use this shop for retirement awards. We found that they were eager to sell you on using them, but then had some difficulty delivering what was agreed to. During our final transaction, one of the gentlemen that works here (I believe that it may have been the owner) just completely lost his temper when pushed to deliver what was agreed to. F Bombs included. Buyer beware.
