Services
Paonessa Talent Agency is a boutique agency representing a broad range of ethnicities, and is dedicated to seeking out, managing, and guiding the careers of actors. PTA is fiercely dedicated to diversity and inclusion, and was the first agency in Chicago to open a trans/non-binary division. PTA prides itself on providing individual focus to its talent to ensure they have the tools and training necessary for ultimate success.
We are looking for interns to work a minimum of 2 days a week. Our intern should be very motivated and excited about the business, and should possess a great attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Duties will include organizing our databases and files, calling out auditions, assisting with submissions, and various other tasks as needed.

I participated in, and loved, their internship program! I learned so much about the business alongside Marisa and the team. I would recommend this internship to any college age or recent graduate actors looking to get involved on the agency side, or just to any actor who wants to get to know the business side of the industry more. Best team to work with and best team to be represented by in Chicago!

Paonessa Talent is a wonderful group of people who consistently go above and beyond for every single client. And I mean every single client, Marisa and her staff truly love their talent and are working as hard as they possibly can for you all day, every day. Marisa's reputation with every industry professional is very high and her actors are consistently some of the best prepared actors I've seen at auditions. Being represented by Paonessa Talent has by far been the best career move I've made in Chicago.

The women at Paonessa are simply the greatest. They care so much about their talent. They work tirelessly to get their talent as many opportunities as possible, while also making sure they feel supported and encouraged as well. Some of the kindest people I have ever known.
