Butters-Fetting was founded as a heating company in 1924, an era when craftsmanship and personal service were paramount. Over the decades, the company has evolved to meet the changing needs of its customers by mastering emerging project management and engineering tools as well as implementing the latest technology.
Keeping every member of our team safe and preventing accidents is as important to us as the quality of our work. Our entire company receives Toolbox Talks sent out every Monday and Friday morning. One of the talks focuses on a general topic, and the other focuses on observations that have been made during preceding jobsite visits.
The benefits BIM brings to construction projects are many. In the planning stage of a project, it improves a team's understanding by providing visualization prior to construction and model-based estimation which mitigates overall project risk and rework. 3D modeling also gives an owner a chance to review and alter their project's scope so we can build exactly what they envision without unplanned exceptions or modifications.
