Our dental home is for all patients, including the very young. We recommend starting at a young age to build healthy habits for a lifetime of good oral health. We conduct comprehensive dental exams where the doctor will check the health of your mouth, teeth, and gums, visually as well as with diagnostic x-rays.

This place is seriously amazing. After calling multiple offices, and having terrible experiences I’m so glad I found this office. Erica in the front made sure there would be time for my last minute appointment. She went above and beyond to explain payment options, and was so sweet!!! I cracked my tooth and had to get it fixed. I am currently 8 1/2 months pregnant but needed it fixed before the baby comes. Dr. Ebrahim was SO patient and kind and gave me a ton of breaks during the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. If you need any kind of dental work I strongly recommend this office!!!

I called them very last minute to get the next available appointment they had and they were able to squeeze me in at three the same day, have always been nice and treat me with respect I love the conversations I have with all of the staff very welcoming I will miss them when I lose my dental insurance lol

I have been coming here for a couple of years now and this is hands down the BEST dentist I have ever been to!! Dr. Ebrahim is awesome, I always feel less nervous when he works on my teeth and he always does a really great job. Reese is so fun to talk to and gives you really helpful advice on how to keep things clean and Erica at the front desk is always so kind and has such a big smile on her face all of the time. Any nerves that I walk in with are immediately gone when you see Milo wagging his tail waiting patiently for some scratches. I seriously can’t say enough good things about these guys

I have been going to Dr. Ebrahim for the last year and a half, and I am so happy with his work! I was told by another dentist that I would need to see a periodontist that worked in the same complex. I went to see Dr. Ebrahim for a second opinion, after a friend said he was the best dentist she had ever seen. After seeing him, I was confident that I made the right decision getting a second opinion. I have referred so many friends to him, and all are so happy! It’s hard not to love going to the dentist when everyone there is amazingly kind and welcoming. I have always had a great experience with the staff and with Dr. E. He truly knows what he is talking about, and you can ensure you’re going to get great care. They do a great job of explaining the information to you and will take the time to ensure you understand, as well as providing a solution in office or with a great referral. I would never want to go to any other dental office but this one.

The most amazing dentist and office staff ever , i am a patient at UltraSmile dentistry and they never cease to amaze me , today i had scheduled two procedures and due to my work schedule and some last minute changes i was not able to complete my second part of what i had scheduled with them , they basically had booked two and a half hours for me , i felt so terrible for not being able to let them know sooner , but they were so amazing and as always incredibly nice , Doctor Ibrahim told me not to worry and we just rescheduled my second procedure, this is exactly why i love them so much , besides

I was recommended this office through a co-worker who has been going here for the past 10 years. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received for my first cleaning appointment. The front office staff, my hygienist Reese, and the doctor were very personable, upbeat and attentive. They were very accommodating given that I am 30 weeks pregnant and did not push me to take x-rays until after I gave birth. I also like how they reiterated that they are more conservative with their recommendations instead of pushing you to do unnecessary dental work - which a lot of dental offices

The fear of going to the dentist is completely taken away here! From the extremely friendly staff knowing you by name as you walk in asking about your family, to Dr. Ebrahim doing the same. This is what care and service is all about. And the work of course is excellent and I would recommend Dr. E to anyone and everyone!

I have been coming here for eight years, and Dr. E., and his staff keep me coming back. My husband is disabled, and Dr.E. has gone out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He remembers us, and greets us by name, and shows genuine concern for our needs. Dr.E. gets the job done, he is skilled, and very gentle. I have had alot of crowns and dental work done and am very satisfied, before I came here I could barely chew. I have a friend who is afraid to come to the dentist, thats how I was before Dr.E.

I agree with other reviewers who talk about the friendly staff and hygienists at Ultra Smile, but when I think about going to a dental office, my first concern is the skills of the dentist. Dr. E has skills. I've been going to Ultra Smile for years, and each time I need dental work I'm given all the options and never pressured. Dr. E doesn't rush his work, and I swear, if he didn't tell me he was giving me a shot I wouldn't know he had done it.
Last year I brought in a loved one with dementia and multiple dental issues. We could not have been treated better. Dr. E gave us thoughtful advice.

This place is truly the best! Friendly staff and doctor, overall I have really enjoyed my experience with this office. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs dental work done. Everyone in the office makes you feel super comfortable, and while getting your teeth filled doc makes you feel super relaxed to the point you're almost falling asleep. Better alternatives elsewhere, claimed I several cavities that needed at the least filings before other more costly procedures. Scaremongering tactics aimed to boost his income. I obtained the professional opinion of 2 more senior dentists, both agreed this was grossly overboard. I ran his advice he gave me, mostly inadequate if not lies. Why bother with such a superficial, shaddy, dishonest person who is supposed to look out for you.

Dr. Farid Ebrahim saved my mother's life recently. I owe this man everything for she would have only been 67 and to young to pass on.
My mother had a seriously horrible infection in her mouth, no dental insurance, and living on her puny Social Security money that the government gives her monthly. She's disabled as well and can't work
She was fainting, badly swollen face, and the infection was spreading throughout her body. She couldn't even eat either. Just oatmeal and yogurt. That almost killed her also for not having

I was a patient here for about 8-9 years and had no issues. Growing up I have never had a cavity till I went in for one of my regular check ups and they told me I had 7. Since I had never had one, I got a second opinion from a different dentist and wound up having 1. I was very disappointed and frustrated that they were that far off. I will not be going back to them.

I could literally get free dental at work but I am paying $22ish per paycheck just so I can have Dr. E as my dentist. I love this place! Everyone is so nice...The receptionist Erica and my dental hygienist Donna are phenomenal.
Super nice and helpful. And of course Dr. E is great. I haven't been going here for long but I definitely trust them with my dental work.

I first discovered Dr. Ebrahim when I was living in central Phoenix. He came highly recommended by one of my colleagues, so I bit the bullet and drove out to east Mesa to see him. He is without a doubt the very best dentist I've ever been to. He's a perfectionist and when it comes to doctors and dentists, I definitely want a perfectionist! He does great crowns and makes sure they fit perfectly, so you never end up with food traps. He also has a very well staffed office, with 2 top-notch dental hygienists, Donna & Summer, and a very organized and accommodating office manager, Erica
