Bought a pump for or pond/ Had a professional install it. It never worked from the beginning. Called on it , that ask me to bring it in. Brought in pump. confirming it was bad. They would NOT warranty pump. Wanted to charge me for a new pump. Who dose this, they were rude and impossible to deal with. they keep the pump and money now im sure it will be a Legal case with them. I would say Don't buy from them

I had a time sensitive trouble shooting problem with a pump system I had bought at Pumps of OK. When I called, I was to leave a voice message. I called six times over the next 30 minutes. Same menu, same results. No returned call. I left the customer's house apologizing that I would need to return later.
