Services
Below is a list of our standard charges for title and settlement services. In most cases the fees are accurate, however, there are exceptions if there are additional services needed or a third party service company is required. Additional charges will apply for specialized transactions involving construction loans, 1031 exchanges and some FIRPTA transactions.
I've worked with Stacy over the last several years on a high volume of real estate transactions in excess of 20 million plus in sales. Stacy is now the owner at Traditions Title and I highly recommend her service through her new company. I recently worked with Stacy on a transaction and she was absolutely amazing.

I can highly recommend Traditions Title Company to handle the closing for anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Traditions Title isn’t just an ordinary title company. They really go above and beyond to do a great job for the client. Stacy the owner is personally involved in most of the closings, and she really pays attention to detail and makes sure things are handled quickly and accurately. I’ve used them for several closings and even some challenging untraditional type of deals and they have always gone very smoothly.
