I contacted Damien to get an inspection done before our options period was over. He felt our sense of urgency and showed up and got the job done quick! He was thorough and fairly priced. He called me after he was finished and went over what he saw verbally before he sent the report. He explained stuff so I could understand it and was very friendly. A+ from me.

I chose this company because of the high ratings and great reviews and am so happy I did. Damien was early to the appointment, was professional and very knowledgeable. We received the report in just four hours and it was detailed including pictures and recommendations. We ended up terminating our contract due to problems he found that we looked further into and couldn't be happier that he saved us from a money pit.
