My husband has covid and we are in quarantine. I called and asked if we could extend it the next 3 days that were the last days of quarantine so not to go and expose people. We were told no and we would receive a 50$ late fee if did not show up and pay today. We simplely cant afford a 50$ late fee. Very upsetting and EXTREMELY inconsiderate.
Update: went to pay my rent and the lady i spoke to on the phone asked why i was there to pay my bill.
We will not be renting from wilkerson again. Glad our lease is almost up.

Great place to rent and do service with. Friendly people at Wilkerson. We rented with Wilkerson Real Estate for 3 years and never had a problem with the service. Every time something wasn't working or broke, they were quick to have it repair. I really enjoyed how they took care of the rentals & yard. They are also very good about giving you a heads up before doing any kind of house maintenance.

I’ve been renting from Wilkerson for 2 years and I’ve had total peace of mind the entire time I’ve lived here. They take care of the building, yard, and are convenient with the cheap rates. It’s easy to save money here. Also, with their check ups, they give a 3 day notice. And I’ve had a total of 3 in the past 2 years. They ensure all appliances are functioning, and that you are respectful to the building. It’s easy to get on their good side, they are easy to talk to, and straight forward with what is expected.
