The buyer applied for an FSA loan in Vinita, OK and that lender was unmotivated and negligent. For 7 weeks, every attempt at scheduling a closing date failed. (FSA: "We can't close next week" because "We had meetings all week", "We need to come see your property", "We forgot to order the funds from DC", "The money order was made but now we have to wait 3 business days"). But Sue kept our file moving along
