Star Mountain makes direct investments ranging from $5 million to $50 million per company across the capital structure with the ability to increase investment sizes with our limited partners and other investment partners and co-investors as needed. Our Direct investments are typically structured as debt and often include equity upside in the form of warrants or small equity co-investments.
Star Mountain provides discreet and customizable liquidity solutions to investors by making secondary purchases of individual interests or portfolios of limited partnership interests in smaller private credit funds, often where we are an existing primary investor. Star Mountain also makes secondary purchases of existing loan portfolios to provide liquidity solutions to fund managers, institutions, and individuals.
