Many people believe that estate planning is only for people who are particularly wealthy, have elaborate schemes in mind for passing their money to their heirs, or for people who are acutely ill and contemplating their death. This could not be farther from the truth!

Many disabled people rely on SSI, Medicaid or other government benefits to provide food and shelter. You may have been advised to disinherit a loved one to protect the beneficiary's public benefits. But these benefits rarely provide more than basic needs. And this solution does not allow you to help your loved one after they become incapacitated or are gone.
When a love one dies, and they have a trust, the successor trustee must undertake the process of trust administration. The trust administration process is often complex and confusing. Many individuals who have been named as successor trustee, have little or no experience in executing the appropriate steps necessary to administer a trust.
I offer prospective estate planning clients a complimentary initial consultation. During the consultation, I will provide an overview of the estate planning process, answer questions or concerns and recommend a plan. I will quote a flat fee for design, drafting and implementation of the plan. You may choose to engage my firm by signing a fee agreement and paying a deposit; or you may choose to take some time to reflect before moving ahead.

Connecting with Kylie was easy. she is very prompt in responding to your every need, both via phone and email. She makes the process easy, painless and just real! Her online scheduling with her super easy, flexible and clear to understand which parts are in-person verses online! She is a straight shooter with no sugar-coating, which I completely love and appreciate. Her pricing is also very reasonable for everyone to be able to access her services. I found Kylie on Yelp and was impressed by all of the other great reviews. Setting up a living trust has been on my to-do list for a few years and I didn't know where to start or what I needed to have in place, Kylie walked me though all of my options and provided thorough explanations of the law. Booking appointments online was easy and convenient. My wife and I turned to Yelp to look for someone to help us in estate planning and we found Kylie Fletcher. We liked the fact that she was close to us in North County but figured we would get a consult from her along with a few others. After meeting with her first, we decided not to look any further. Dealing with Estate Planning and our Living Trust was daunting. We had put it off for many (many) years and following the birth of our second child and my in-laws' rapid deterioration of health, I finally put it at the top of my list in 2017. I think we accomplished it in a quarter.

I had a great experience working with Kylie. I contacted her through ARAG after my father passed away and she helped me with my estate planning documents. She does a very good job with explaining the documents and process in plain English so it is understandable. She is also very prompt and organized so I always felt comfortable that she was on top of things. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs help.

We did our trust with Kylie Fletcher after reading positive reviews on the ARAG Legal Plan website. What a good choice that was! Kylie is very flexible with scheduling, explains legalese clearly, and provides prompt responses to questions and inquiries. Scheduling is facilitated through her website making it easy. I am not a lawyer-y type person. I keep things in my life simple: finances, job, work. That's just how I roll. My financial planner (who I also highly recommend by the name of Barbara Norman) kept kindly pushing me to get my "estate in order" since I do have a tiny little estate, some kids who depend on me, and a mother who lives in a little house on my property. There was definitely some stuff to clarify and get in writing.

My fiancé and I had were trying to figure out our finances before tying the knot, and we wanted to make sure all of our assets were protected. I also had a massive student loan and wanted to make sure that this wouldn't put any of our joint assets in jeopardy. I am so thankful to Kylie for making our trust set up so painless. I had been putting it off for years, as a lot of people do, and Kylie broke everything up into 3 focused meetings. It really helped to have things so organized and simplified.
