Used this company to install patio shades and replace an awning on my home. From sales to installation the service was phenomenal. I had a problem with one of the patio shades and my salesman Nick took care of the issue immediately. Sean W and Mik came out within two days and fixed the problem. I called for 4 different estimates for a sun shade for my back patio area. Mike was the salesman that came out to quote me. He was courteous, honest and fair in pricing. He explained the process of the materials, the workmanship and what to expect during install. After having these installed the first thing my wife said is , "why didn't we do this sooner?" Josh did a fantastic job installing the shades. He was expedient and courteous. I had Brok as my salesperson and he was outstanding.
I had Robert and Joel as my installers and they were fast, professional, courteous and did a wicked excellent job. I couldn't believe how quickly they worked and made very little noise so as to not disturb our dogs.

Wife and I had been searching to put sun screens on all of our windows of our house. After trying to get ahold of 5 different companies only 2 contacted me back. All pro sales rep, Danny, came out the same day got all of the measurements, answered all of my questions, provided me with a timeline and a quote that was reasonable. Two weeks later Josh came to complete the install. He was quick, efficient, and did a great job putting screens on all 15 windows and installing a screen door for our sliding glass door.

After about 2+ years we started getting a rather loud squeak when the shade was lowered or raised. Called All Pro and they set up a service call. In just a couple of days the two service techs showed up and identified and fixed the problem very quickly. We have been wanting to add shades to our outdoor patio since we had it built. When we ordered the shades we were told not to expect them until late October, surprise surprise they we ready for install today October 6th! We had a crew of four (Steve, Eric, Mike & Dayton) install the four shades, they were courteous, efficient and cleaned up once the job was completed. We wanted to have a place to watch TV in the late afternoon but never could because of the sun, but now with our shades from All Pro Shades Concepts it's like having an outdoor family room.

With a west-facing backyard we wanted a reliable and durable shade that retracts when we don’t need it. All Pro Shades provided a free on-site estimate and installed just what we needed to block the sun in the afternoons. I love that it has a motion sensor that retracts the awning automatically if it gets too windy as well. It’s also great that we can adjust the angle independently which allows it to stay open in slightly windier conditions. The led lights have a low & high brightness to suit the mood. We definitely love our shade and after a month of use we are very pleased with the professional

This is the third time we’ve used All-Pro….top notch company. Starting with their knowledgeable sales person (Mike) who was prompt and accommodating. They quoted 8-10 weeks lead time and we got the call to schedule the install at 8 weeks and 1 day. The install crew (Robert and Joel) were right on time, professional, clearly proficient in their craft. They did a fantastic job, cleaned up their mess and asked all the right questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We would absolutely use them again.

If you plan to use this place and get a SRP Rebate, think again.
We had been referred to them via the SRP Screen Rebate Program. They delivered the shades and installed. The problem was getting them to fill out the SRP Rebate Paperwork. Its one sheet and it was not done, the installers have no idea, and the salesman has already collected the $$, he does not care!
SRP contacted them 4 times over the course of 5 weeks to help clarify the paperwork error they made, and it went ignored.
If no rebate and you're paying cash, I think you would be fine.

We have a west-facing back patio on our home, and, up until a couple of weeks ago had been using manual roll-up shades from Costco prior to deciding on splurging for remote shades.
We are so glad we made the decision to have the remote shades installed. What a difference.

When we moved in our home with most of the back facing west we knew we needed some type of shade. We called Dan at All Pro Shade Concepts and he came out within a couple days to take measurements and get the order in. Once the shades were in Mike and Dayton came out to install. When we moved into our 3 story home we immediately knew we wanted to "enclose" the 2nd floor deck/patio with automated drop shades. We contacted Mike with All Pro Shade Concepts. Edit after owner response: I was sitting at my desk directly in front of the window the installer damaged. He ABSOLUTELY did take his frustrations out on the house. The damage was NO WHERE near where he installed the screws. He slipped multiple times then banged on the shutters with the drill. I really wish I would have read the owners responses to reviews before I decided to use this company, because I would have never used them. He is rude and condescending. The bill was only $12 because the superintendent for my community was able to help me out, had I needed to actually pay for the repair it

I called this company for a free estimate on the patio screen for my patio because I seen on the news commercial that they were a good company I received a call
Back about a hour later and the man on the phone seemed very rushed and without even setting an appointment told me it would be around 8 Thousand. I said my patio is small on one side and just a somewhat large open on the other side he says yeah 4500 one side 2500 other side.
