Arborist Now

Let me frst start by saying that if I could give more stars I would. I contracted the job of cutting several tress in my back yard with Josh. Josh did a fantastic job with my appraisal and coordinating the workers for the job. Jeremias the man in charge of two other workers showed up ready to go. They all did an amazing job cutting my trees in a timely manner and left my place nice and clean when they were done. They used brooms and a blower to clean my backyard, my garage and the front of my house.

We recently moved and have a backyard full of trees that needed attention. George came out to give us a quote for the project, and he was excellent to work with from start to finish. He was very thorough in explaining exactly what needed to be done, and was patient in answering our (many) questions. I got many quotes to prune an oak tree in front of our house that probably has never been professionally maintained. Arborist Now had the best price. George was very patient with me around my questions and changes. The crew that came did a good job and left the area clean. The only thing I might take off half a star for is because we had to wait several months for an appointment. I don't know if this is a regular situation or because of the season. It didn't matter to much in this case because it wasn't an urgent job. I would use them again.

George at Arborist Now trimmed several trees in our yard, including some very large and unhealthy redwoods. These were our neighbor's trees and overhung our yard, and what I most appreciated was that George completely handed a tricky issue with the neighbor.

We bought a house and wanted to have an arborist come out to check out some trees. He's basically a tree nerd, he gave us great insight on what was working and not working about our trees. Also gave us advice on general maintenance and didn't push for any services he felt we didn't need (which was none!) We ended up not needing anything done immediately and will definitely be calling them when we do for our occasional tree inspection. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing.
I will never use another arborest service again except this company. Great communication, explained everything in detail, gave me a lot of suggestions, refused to do any unnecessary work I thought my trees needed, and at the end would not even accept payment for coming out. Mind blown.

This was the second time I hired Arborist Now to tame our monster yucca trees in our SoMa garden.

Remy suggested what branches to cut. He provided a reasonable quote price-wise, especially for San Francisco.

The crew was on time and carefully stepped around our flowers and plants as they worked. They also removed the dead, ugly fronds.

Arborist Now is amazing. We had several arborists come out to give us a quote for a few tree removals, and Arborist Now blew all the others out of the water. We worked with George, who took the time to walk us through our entire property, identify each tree, let us know any pressing vs. future concerns for specific trees, and his suggestions. He was hands-down the most knowledgeable, professional, and friendly person to work with.

I've had 6 different arborist companies come and quote for a tree removal / planting work and decided to go with Arborist Now. They are not the cheapest but I found them very professional and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the end to end experience.

We live on a hillside and have multiple pine and oak trees in the backyard that needed either to be removed or trimmed. I got estimates from 4 businesses. Arborist Now was a little more expensive than the others (not much more), but it is worth the small additional cost. They are professional and gave me a wealth of information about our trees, when to cut, what to cut, what not to cut, the reason why we had dying trees (we have bark beetles and Josh showed me the clues). They also trimmed our lemon tree in the front yard and it is beautiful and healthy now. They even collected all the orphaned
