SEEK SUPPORT ELSEWHERE. The CFO Jared Crystal of this organization is unprofessional, rude, and not transparent. Please use a different company. I simply inquired about his invoice and fees, which are not published anywhere on the site and his invoices differed substantially - I have very simple and standard tax needs. Also, he made mistakes on my return last year, so I wanted to ensure I understood everything before paying, and instead of providing the information he replied with the following:

These people do the absolute minimum on everything and will charge you the absolute maximum for it in return. Customer service is also awful. If you have an issue and are seeking correspondence, be prepared to never get it. They are absolutely terrible on every level. BEWARE!!!!

DO NOT go with these people. They filed my taxes the day of the deadline, not to mention asking me all the questions they needed that day. It's July 2019 and I still haven't gotten my refund from 2018. They did not add my unit number of all things like I asked and they still blamed me the client for me not getting my return. STEER CLEAR of these people and get another CPA.
