My hair has been falling out and is very dry. However, I have greys that need to be covered and really want to color my hair. I searched and found Mai Blossom uses henna and I decided to try the service. Mindy was professional, offered advice on my hair, and the color came out exactly how I wanted. I started seeing Mindy last year after using Hairprint for 4 years. I realized it was starting to make my hair break, so I needed to find something that would actually help restore it. I love my hair! I had tried doing henna myself with my jet black color and I could not get all the grays. What a difference Mindy's knowledge made. The hardest thing for a redheaded man to find is a great hairdresser. Red hair shows every layer, every dang thing. I've had hair cuts when I was little that brought my Mom to tears. Four years ago, I was looking at specialty salons that use natural products for hair coloring. Fortunately, I saw Mai Blossom’s ad. I met Mindy soon after that and I’ve been going to her ever since. It’s simply marvelous that Mindy is so knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. I have black hair and her application of hi lite followed by henna hair color. The result is amazing because it looks so natural. Furthermore, the texture of my hair improved greatly.

Mindy is an incredible stylist! I went to her for a haircut- prior to going I hadn't received a cut in a year and my hair was very dead and looked lifeless after Mindy gave me her magic touch my hair looks incredible and I love the cut! If you are looking for an organic non toxic salon you've found the one! I will only be going to Mindy only from now on. Mindy is amazing! I messaged her to see if she offered gift certificates so I could treat my mom for Mother's Day. She went out of her way to help me coordinate that, and she then went even more above and beyond for my mom's appointment. My mom started coloring her hair with henna about a year ago and needed the orange/yellow color neutralized. She was hoping for more brown and less orange/red. I followed my hairdresser, Alexis to her new salon because she has done a fantastic job cutting and styling my hair for two years. I have very curly hair, and she has expertise in this area. Whether I wear it "natural" or blow it dry, the layers are done beautifully!
This salon is nice, clean, and relaxing. Mindy, the owner, and Alexis are the only two hairdressers here, so the number of people in the salon at one time would be very limited.

My henna hair experience was as amazing as they say it is! Having previously dyed my hair many years back and it being incredibly damaging I was scared to touch my hair after, however Mindy was so kind and made me feel very comfortable with what I was putting into my hair. I was ready to change hair stylists after 30 years, so I did a lot of research before I chose Mindy. This was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Upon finding out I have an autoimmune disease, I am very focused on reducing as many toxins I use on and in my body. I found Mindy through her ad in Peoples organic Food co op newsletter. I was so exciting that she offered natural hair treatments to cover my gray roots. She took the time to listen to my health concerns and explained all my options.

I've been going to see Mindy for a couple years now and can't say enough good things about her work. When I talked to my previous stylist about my health concerns with all the chemicals being used to color my hair she dismissed my fears and said I wouldn't be able to get similar results with more natural products (I'm a natural blonde who gets highlights and lowlights). Well, I'm glad I didn't listen and took a risk and went to see Mindy! Not only does she provide beautiful, consistent results, she does it with natural products that minimize chemical exposure.

Thankfully nature is amazing and Mindy offers her own mix of henna color. The process is slightly different than what you are used to at regular salons.
