DRi was founded in 2001, when two veterans of some of the most recognized non-profits in the world elected to offer their leadership, management, communications, fundraising, and marketing expertise to non-profits across the U.S. Jennifer Dunlap and Nancy Racette had each spent more than 2 decades building organizations, hiring top-level talent, and designing and managing transformative strategies for some of America's most successful organizations, such as the American Red Cross, CARE, the United Way, the Easter Seals Society, and Girl Scouts of the USA.

Jennifer Dunlap is DRi's co-founder and President & Chief Executive Officer. After spending decades as a senior executive in premier non-profit organizations, Jennifer was convinced tha. Nancy Racette is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of DRi. Driven by the belief that every person can have a fundamental impact on the world, Nancy spent decades designing innovative.
Executive search is one of DRi's primary services. We have led more than 700 searches for a wide range of regional, national, and international non-profits. Our search services are comprehensive, ranging from Chief Executive Officers reimagining the strategic direction of large associations to Major Gift Officers forging relationships with donors in a new region.
