Pulled the free water test off the rack from home Depot and sent it in, fearing we had lead in our water. Someone called me, ostensibly from Home Depot though I don't think that is true, saying the mineral content was 4x the local average. Representative said a "technician" would come to do a free home water test to give me more details. I explicitly asked if there was lead and he said the tech would do the water test. The "tech" came, who was very nice, but not to do a water test. Instead he did a sales pitch in conjunction with an 8th grade science experiment on the difference between hard and

Answered all our questions and presented a very thorough water assessment that helped us make up our mind on acquiring this whole house water treatment system. Rain Soft water system is awesome. No hard water stains in my dishwasher or on dishes any more. I use less detergent, body wash and shampoo because all of the harsh chemicals that are in the water are removed. When I look at a glass of water, I no longer see those tiny particles floating around in my glass. When I shower, I feel extra clean. I'm extremely happy that I purchased Rain Soft. My sales rep Jim P. was very pleasant to work with. I've recommend Rain Soft to my friends.

Love the new water in the old house! Set up was efficient. Instructions were clear. iPhone app wasn’t so easy as I am non-techie. However, the salesman got that straightened out! There were payment options which I appreciated. Nice that I don’t have to buy soap, detergent, cleaning products for a very long time.

I've known for a long time that the water in my neighborhood had a lot of chemicals in it due to the buildup on all my faucets, tubs, and showers. Finally I sent a sample in and it was a little worse than I thought. Ben was very knowledgeable and a joy to talk to. He further tested the water from the tap and my refrigerator and all of my questions were answered. I can't wait to get my new system installed.

We’ve had the RainSoft whole house system for two months now and we love it. I would highly recommend it. We can definitely tell our water is much cleaner and softer now. The reverse osmosis water taste great.

Splendid experience all around. Absolutely can tell the difference immediately using soft water. Softer skin, cleaner drinking water, my 7 month old baby girl has buttery smooth skin and her eczema doesn't flare up anymore. The water pipes in my home are cleaned out with the soft water. I am saving tons of money with not having to buy all kinds of laundry detergent or Brita filters for drinking water. My dishwasher cleans the dishes much better than it used to since the soft water utilizes the soap better than hard water. I highly recommend just allowing the free in home water quality test done
