We are present as leaders in our medicine, and dedicated to supporting our patients by restoring emotional balance, physical mobility, and a higher quality of life. Community acupuncture is conducted in either a reclining chair or on a treatment table, in a large room where multiple patients may be present at once.

I have been visiting Dr. Melati for a couple of years now to help improve low moods, hormone balancing, digestion, and sleep. Melati is extremely knowledgeable about the best remedy for what's challenging me during my visits. And her technique is so gentle. At times I wonder if she's even put a needle in yet. I always come out of my session feeling grounded with a deep sense of calm and peace. The Herb + Legend office space is blissful, and she's done a fantastic job of creating a community space that is comfortable and relaxing.

Dr. Melati and her staff are amazing. They take the time to learn about your needs, and make sure you are comfortable and experiencing success with the treatment. I was so scared of acupuncture and finally tried it out here, and I am so so glad I did. The services are very affordable and you can also buy a range of supplements/creams etc. One stop shop! Come consistently, and you will see/feel results! Thank you Dr. Melati!!

Have been going here consistently for a few years now. Reasonably priced with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always a very clean and welcoming facility with ambient music/white noise to drown out any nearby traffic off evans. I was originally nervous about parking but there is a lot on the east side of the building that i have yet to not be able to park in. They offer add-on services like cupping and b12 shots that can be added during service if desired. And ive been able to schedule an appointment online same day without any issues, so if you need it you don't have to wait a week for an appointment

I absolutely love the vibe of the space and the have had such a great experience with the practitioners. Melati truly has been working some magic and I am so glad to have found H&L. I had been working through some chronic issues already, but when I injured my knee skiing, she has used her practice to help get me moving again, becoming an integral part of my physical therapy process. I feel completely safe and comfortable, and look forward to my weekly visits. Thanks for everything!

Walking into this clinic, I met Christina who was able to gauge all my needs, and help me on my journey towards relief on what was going to be my very first acupuncture appointment ever. I got cupping and and needles. The cupping helped my shoulders tremendously and I was able to gain some relief, but was also educated on deeper-rooted issues that I wouldn't have otherwise identified myself. I love this place. I work in the trades and manage a few different longtime injuries. You can schedule up to one hour (many times) before for community acupuncture. Also, $55 for the first visit and $35 for subsequent visits is an insane price for this type of service. Most of the time I’m in the community room by myself. That’s because more people NEED to know about this place. Can’t recommend enough. Easy easy easy online scheduling with many available times.
