After leaving my previous insurance agent I met up with Carrie Welsh and love the fact that she was always there for me.. Grant it By this time I didn't feel I trusted State Farm anymore from my previous nightmare with my previous agent. This agent here is an amazing person that really cares about you and your needs. I had several instances that was not quite the norm and for some good reason I felt compelled to trust this agent. How fortunate was I to have met up with someone who knew what she was doing. I highly recommend Carrie and her team. She helped my wife & I with our home and auto insurance. She was able to simplify the entire process so that it was easy to understand and was very honest when recommending what we needed and what we didn't need to waste our money on. Have enjoyed my experience with Carrie and her team. Very professional and accommodating with my schedule. I didn't realize they do a yearly checkup on my account, but it was quite helpful and Carrie came out to my office to meet with me. She helped me better my insurance coverage for a negligible cost and even found me some discounts. Highly recommend!

So happy with Carrie Welch and her team. I have been with State Farm for over 20+ years and Carrie is one of the big reasons why I stick with them. She walks me through my policies and is always there to answer any crazy question I might have. Carrie and her team are awesome - from the initial quote consultation through continued customer service. I have never met an insurance agent that cares as much about her clients as Carrie Welch. She has created an amazing business with great staff. She personally calls her clients when they have suffered tragic incidents. She takes call from clients who have had accidents 24/7. She is extremely dedicated and provides excellent customer service. I would highly recommend to everyone. I would even pay a premium rate just to have her customer service.

Over the years, I've gone through my share of insurance companies (Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, Farmers and now State Farm) and agencies. No previous agency was anywhere near the 5-star service of Carrie Welch. She is organized, thorough, approachable, detailed, patient and always there for me. I have her cell number for emergencies (first time an insurance agent has ever given me their personal cell contact). Her staff is also top-notch and accommodating. The State Farm rates are comparable and as a whole, the company's customer service is excellent too.

We recently bought a home and needed a homeowners policy. Most of my family members use State Farm so I decided to give them a try. I looked up local State Farm Agents and noticed that Carrie Welch had a bunch of glowing reviews on Yelp. I gave her office a call and spoke with Amadou. He asked me a few questions and quickly gave me a quote. I was a bit surprised at how fast he was able to get everything done. I then did some price shopping for comparison and realized that the quote Amadou gave me was not only the best one but also the most comprehensive. We paid the premium and got our policy.

Carrie saved my family $1,000 a year on our auto policy, but that wasn't even the best part of our experience -- Carrie and her team are very professional, and it's obvious to me that they want what is best for their clients, not necessarily themselves. Carrie has earned our trust and respect. We would never consider switching agents. She is considerate, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. We have two small children, so Carrie even comes to our home when it's time to review our policies. She looks for ways to save us money while making sure we have the right coverage. Carrie's staff is wonderful. I know that whenever I have an question, I can call and there will be a friendly, professional person taking care of me.
